How to do the colon cleanse?
According to experts, this beverage needs to be consumed before lunch and in the evening. Make sure you have a light lunch like baked salmon or steam-cooked veggies. Also, it’s important to drink a lot of water throughout the day.

½ cup of fresh apple juice
2 tbsp of ginger juice
½ tsp of sea salt
½ cup of warm water
