Although some medications help you fall asleep easily, they also increase the need for urination, thus, leading to anxiety which hinders your sleep.
Banana tea recipe
Use only organic bananas since the GMO ones contain chemicals and pesticides. For this recipe you will need the peel since they contain potassium and magnesium which help in muscle relaxation, encouraging sleep.
- 1 organic banana
- Clean drinking water- a small pot
- A pinch of cinnamon ( optional)
Cut both ends of the banana and put the unpeeled banana in the pot with boiling water. Boil for 10 minutes, and then strain the content into a cup. Add cinnamon if you want to.
Use: drink it one hour before going to bed.
