Bronchitis: The Most Effective Folk Remedies for Treating Bronchitis

Despite being delicious food, carrot can be very healing. It contains carotene, vitamin E and cellulose. From the carrots you can prepare delicious and healing syrup. You will need two cups of freshly squeezed carrot juice. Add one cup of brown sugar and boil it until it becomes thick. While the syrup is still hot, put it in a dry glass bottle or a jar, and keep it in dark. You should drink it in the winter months against bronchitis, cold or angina.

Another solution in order to stop the bronchitis is to quit smoking. Consuming vitamin C will help you to prevent from viruses and it strengthens the immunity.
