1. Make yourself comfortable in siting or lying position, and put your tongue behind your upper teeth. Breathe out through your mouth, making a tender whoosh sound.
2. Count to four and inhale breath trough your nose with mouth closed, than hold your breath and count to seven.
3. At long last, breathe out through your mouth (making the whoosh sound) counting till eight.
4. Inhale and repeat the cycle 3 more times.
