Experts warn that daily shower, no matter how pleasant and desirable in times of extreme heat and excessive sweating, is not so healthy for the skin because it dries out the natural oils that protect it. Aggressive treatments with plenty of detergent such as SLS (sodium laureth sulfate) and parabens can cause excessive dryness, and sweating and you are advised use shower gels occasionally, and often have shower with plain water.

  • An evening shower will help you fall asleep quickly – it is confirmed remedy for insomnia because it is soothing and signals the body to begin with the release of melatonin, a hormone that promotes sleep.
  • Your sheets will be clean if you take a shower before bedtime. In fact, even if you consider yourself to be extremely clean, the dirt and dead cells accumulate on the skin.
