You will need:
6 middle sized lemons
20 oz. of water
Cut all the lemons in half and put them with the water in a pot to boil for 3 minutes. Then, remove the pot from the heat and leave it to cool down for 10 minutes. Then, remove the lemons and pulp from the water. Transfer the lemon water in a cup and add a bit of honey for a sweeter taste. Pour the rest of the lemon water in a glass bottle.
Important to note: There’s no need of reheating the lemon water every morning. You can consume it cold. However, if you prefer it warm, heat it up a bit in a coffeepot.
