For the first one, you’ll need:
2 bunches of parsley
2 liters of water
Rinse the lemons with water and baking soda and then put the water the boil. After it has boiled, leave it to cool down and then cut the washed lemons into pieces and chop the parsley. Add them to the water and cover the content. Store it in the fridge. The next day, transfer it into a glass bottle.
Use: Take 100 grams of the mixture every day.
For the second one, you’ll need:
Half a tsp of baking soda
2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
A glass of water
Preparation: Mix the water, baking soda, and apple cider vinegar.
Use: Drink one glass in the morning prior to breakfast.

While taking the remedies, make sure to exclude sugar, white flour, and processed foods from your diet and include regular exercise.
