Ingredients:
– 1 tablespoon mint
– 1 tablespoon nut leaf
– 1 tablespoon nettle leaf
– 700 milliliters water

Preparation:
Mix 1 tablespoon mint, 1 tablespoon nut leaf and 1 tablespoon nettle leaf. Pour 700 milliliters of boiling water into the mixture. Let it sit for 2 hours, and then strain it.

Dosage:
Sip 200 milliliters before meals for 5 days.
